1. What are the opening dates of the campsite in 2024?
from Friday April 17 to Monday September 9 (closed at noon)

2. Are all the campsite services open as soon as the campsite opens?
yes, all our services are open throughout the opening period (opening hours can be modified depending on the period – consult the Yelloh! Village app for more details)

3. Are the pools heated?
yes, all our pools are heated. Only the outdoor water park will be heated from mid-May, and the waterslide reception pools are not heated, for your safety.

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?
in rental accommodation: from 5 p.m. for your arrival, and before 10 a.m. on the day of departure – for pitches: from 2 p.m. for your arrival, and before 11 a.m. on the day of departure

5. What should I do if I arrive after 8 p.m. on the day of my arrival?
a simple email, to contact@ptitbois.com, specifying your approximate time of arrival. We will then indicate to you by return of this email, the procedure to follow for the recovery of your keys (at the latest by 11 p.m.)

6. Can I arrive before the check-in time?
no possible for pitches – yes on a rental: a simple email to let us know your approximate time, and we will do our best to prepare your cottage for you for that time. If, however, it is not quite ready, you can complete your arrival formalities at reception and start enjoying our leisure activities and services while waiting for your cottage key.

7. Can we swim in shorts or swimming trunks?
swimming shorts are prohibited

8. Is there entertainment for children outside of July & August?
Yes, even if sometimes fewer, depending on the period. We invite you to consult our program of current events from the Yelloh! Village App’, which will also allow you to have as much practical information as possible about our campsite;)

9. You have not received the confirmation of your reservation or your payment?

10. Can I give my deposit by cash upon my arrival?
we invite you to do your deposit online, by credit card, via our partner Swikly. An email will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.

11. Does the campsite have internet access?
yes, and this throughout the campsite. Your wifi access code (valid for free for a maximum of 3 connected devices) will be given to you on your arrival. A fourth connection is possible for a flat rate of €10, to be picked up and paid for at reception.

12. Is there an ATM on site?
no, the nearest counter is 1.5km from the campsite

13. Is it possible to use a barbecue?
Note that all our rentals are equipped with indoor gas grills (except the coco tent), with use on the hob. A plancha is available on your PREMIUM outdoor pitch or in the Premium XXL accommodation.
As charcoal barbecues are prohibited by prefectural order, you can bring your own electric or gas barbecue. It is also possible to rent an electric barbecue on site at our grocery store (€10/24h + deposit of €100), subject to availability

14. Can I charge my electric car on the campsite?
yes, you will find 1 charging station on place P1, provided for this purpose

15. Do the accommodations have air conditioning?
no, Brittany is well known for its natural misting impression !

16. Can we come with an extra person in the cottage?
yes, but only if you do not exceed the capacity of your accommodation: a child and/or a baby counts.

17. Can I welcome visitors during the day?
yes, €12/day (from 8AM till 10.30PM)/visitor throughout the season, if health conditions allow it.

18. Can we set up a tent on the pitch in front of the cottage?
Exceptionally yes, but only if you do not exceed the capacity of your accommodation, and after agreement from the bookings department, which will confirm this possibility.

19. Are animals accepted?
yes, 1 per reservation is accepted (except in Premium accommodation).

20. I have a credit voucher: how do I use it?
we invite you to visit our website www.ptitbois.com to book your new stay with the same first and last name. You will validate your request by choosing the payment method “voucher”. The validation of the amount of your voucher will then be carried out manually by our reservations department, which will confirm it to you by email.

21. Is it possible to book 2 mobile homes side by side?
yes, you just have to subscribe to the “choice of pitch” option when booking, and specify which family you want to be next to (the detailed map of the campsite is available on our website www.ptitbois, in the documentation section!). If, however, current availability does not allow us to respond positively to your request, we will not fail to get back to you.

22. Are sheets and towels included?
check your holiday voucher which specifies it. They are included in all 4 Flowers and Premium rentals. Or you can rent them, when booking for 2 or 3 flowers accommodations.

23. Is it possible to put a baby cot in the room with the double bed?
no, that is not possible.

24. Can you remove a single bed to install a baby cot instead?
yes, on request by email to contact@ptitbois.com

25. What does the baby kit in 4 flowers and Premium rental include?
a high chair and a cot (available to you free of charge without the mattress and sheets)

26. Does the campsite have a gym and sports equipment?
we do not have a sports hall or fitness room, but an outdoor multi-sports stadium is at your disposal on the playground: remember to bring your ball. Ping-pong tables are also available on the playground: bring your equipment.
